How do I start to pay tribute to our beloved Secretary and Treasurer Ralph Mort?
Ralph took over as Secretary/Treasurer from his father in law many years ago. He was a true friend to many, myself included. I got to know, love and respect him on rejoining the club on my return from the Middle East 28 years ago.
He really was the backbone of the EMDG - such a lovely man for whom nothing was too much trouble. A great sense of humour, always so positive and helpful to all, a true gentleman.
Ralph will be so, so sadly missed and our sincere condolences go out to his family.
