SPEAKERS

Tom Woodward:

Tom headed to his first Badminton in 2025 and first 5* for British rider Tom Woodward (23) who is based near Hartpury in Gloucestershire. Tom finished on the dressage podium at Badminton! Last year with Low Moor Lucky Tom placed 13th at Blenheim 4*L. Tom was one the youngest rider in 2025. Lucky was Tom’s first horse off ponies and the pair has gone up the levels together, from BE100 to 4*. In 2021 Tom won his first International on Lucky at Cornbury House YR 3* and the combination won the 3* at Somerford Park in 2022. He has also enjoyed success with the younger Jaeger Master with wins at 2 & 3 star*. He has a small string of talented horses at his yard in Gloucestershire with two home produced horses imminently stepping up to 3*. Tom enjoys watching and playing all sports, particularly rugby, cricket and football having previously played lots of rugby and cricket throughout school years. He supports Manchester united. He enjoys socialising with friends. Tom turns (24) on Saturday night.

Harry Mutch:

British rider Harry Mutch (27) first competed at Badminton in 2019 completing the event on his debut with HD Bronze. In 2023 Harry completed Burghley (28th) the first 5* for Shanbeg Cooley. Harry is based near Whitley Bay in Tyne and Wear where he runs Harry Mutch Eventing Ltd. Harry started riding at the age of eight and completed his first season of eventing in 2013 aged 16. Harry trains with Christopher Bartle and outside of eventing enjoys riding his motorbike and walking his dog. Harry trained for an Ironman while competing at Badminton last year! Crazy man! His Great-Uncle, Eric Thompson, completed Badminton on several occasions.
